In SBW they know how to create a great flip. Pivot point features a one-row bearing which makes that blade fly with the ease of a light-winged swallow. The unfolded knife is securely fixed by a titanium spring of the liner lock.
The drop point blade features a wide spine, wide bevels, and a thumb notch. F3 was crafted out of premium Swedish steel RWL-34, which is known for its strength and good corrosion resistance. Steel hardness is high – 60 HRC, which ensures an excellent lasting cutting edge and a great cut.
Steel hardware that holds the black G-10 scales onto the handle goes well with the matt stonewash. The grainy texture of the fiberglass itself guarantees the knife won’t slip in your hand, but SBW wants more. There is a wavy pattern and index finger groove on the scales for an even better grip. The handle has a maximum ergonomic body that fits a palm perfectly.
Backspacer with jimping is made of G-10 as well. The lanyard hole is hidden between the liners of the backspacer.
The knife is fixed on your pocket by a titanium clip with a textured surface that helps put out the knife even with a wet hand.
