Mangaflip custom hunting folding knife by Guy Poggetti
Guy Poggetti is a patriot of Marseille and functional knives. The French Knifemaker creates sturdy, stylish folders ready for aggressive use. The Mangaflip knife has a special brutal charm, comparable to the charisma of Jean Gabin or Jean-Paul Belmondo.
The highest quality handicraft guarantees the flipper the best place in the collection of the author's knifemaking. A restrained decor and a wide, predatory blade provoke you to put the knife in your pocket. Mangaflip is great for the avid traveler whose life is full of adventure. Compactness and low weight, in turn, make it possible to recommend the knife as a companion of an urban tramp.
The knife has a wonderful, fast and biting deployment. Pressing the fin — and the blade instantly soars up. In the unfolded position, the custom is fixed by a reliable titanium spring of the frame-lock mechanism.
Poggetti is not only a knifemaker, he is also an avid hunter. It is not surprising that in the profile of its folder, the lines of the skinner knife are visible. The Mangaflip wide blade has a sharply rounded cutting edge at the tip. The static confidence of the skinner is diluted with a dynamic, curved in a Persian-style butt.
The blade is formed from Sandvik 14C28N European steel. This brand is famous for its durability and excellent sharpness, for which it is loved by hunters and fishermen. The master decorated the surface of the blade with a longitudinal hand-made satin.
The ergonomic rough titanium handle fits snugly in the palm. Jimped thumb rump, in combination with the finger groove, provides a secure grip. The scales are decorated only with the natural color of titanium, the same material is used to make a pocket clip with a streamlined shape. Against the matte background of the handle, steel hardware shine, echoing the blade.
An unobvious, almost secret decoration of the folder is a long black backspacer made of premium carbon fiber.
Comes with a black zippered case.
Mangaflip is a piece of knife art, created in the best traditions of French knifemaking, worthy of the hand and collection of a true knifemaker.
