Coal-black skull ring
This stylish black ring was crafted by Japanese jeweler Hidetoshi Nakayama on commission for the Maria Stalina® brand, and arrived at our store from the United States straight from the New York Custom Knife Show 2019.
The Black Skull ring is forged from stainless steel. The brutal material has been given an additional deep-black anti-corrosion coating, which also serves a decorative purpose.
The master's work is both unsettling and captivating in its naturalism. The meticulously detailed skull is completely covered in a black mask — the only visible metal gleam is on the palate, where two characters are inscribed — the author's signature.
