Trabant mini-CL Carbon is a custom folding knife from Alexey Kukin. It combines laconic thought-through design and high-quality assembly. Kukin’s knives always draw the attention of collectors and knife-lovers. But it is not easy to get one. All the knives are assembled by the author’s hand and produced in small batches. The folder features a drop-point blade made of stainless tool steel CPM® S110V. This American powder steel contains niobium, vanadium, and cobalt for exceptionally good wear resistance, incredible edge retention, and high corrosion resistance. The blade has a longitudinal satin finish.
The knife with a carbon handle is a classic EDC tool. It is a light and sturdy material with great wear and thermal resistance. The design is complemented by the titanium clip and hardware with a stonewash and anodizing in a deep blue color. The knife features a liner lock that is characteristic of Kukin.
