Custom Omega M2 with Chad Nichols' Damascus Blade
Omega M2 with a flipper blade and liner lock is a custom folding knife made by Allen Elishewitz in the USA. Allen has rich military experience behind him, has oriental martial arts, and possesses a wide range of skills in the applied arts. All this is reflected in his knives, which are equally functional and aesthetic.
The blade is made of Chad Nichols' Damascus. The blade profile is a drop-point, the butt line has a stepped rise for the thumb rest. On the axis of the blade, there are bronze washers. The blade is hardened to 59-61 HRC. With frequent contact with a humid environment in order to avoid the appearance of oxide deposits, it is recommended to wipe the blade with a rag soaked in synthetic or organic oil.
Liners are made of titanium with anodizing and orange peel finish. A bolster is made of shot-blasted titanium. The material of the overlays is two-tone white-graphite carbon fiber, the type of weaving is called turbo-carbon.
The knife scales are connected by titanium polished bushings. The clip material is also shot-blasted titanium. At the end of the tip-up clip, there is a movable roller ball to reduce clothes damage when carrying a knife in a pocket.
