Canadian fantastic tanto knife TTT
The futuristic creation of Tighe Brian TTT Tanto. The knife holds attention by charismatic, striking design. The unusual multi-grind of the tanto-shaped blade and the ergonomic handle are covered with black DLC, glossy on the bevels of the blade, and matte on the rest of the details. These mirrored bevels emphasize the brutality and add boldness to the original author's design.
TTT Tanto is so attractive that it immediately becomes one of the central exhibits of the collection, easily taking away the attention from more expensive folders. This knife is ideal as a costume accessory. The elegant shape and custom décor go well with both a classic suit and a casual outfit. Any company in which the owner demonstrates this artifact will have something to discuss.
Tighe Brian offers a choice in how to open the knife. The owner can pull the blade by the thumb stud, or use the fin to demonstrate the dashing flip. The opened blade is fixed with a reliable Plunge-Lock, the button of which is located above the axial screw.
The author's modification of the tanto profile blade is made of European steel RWL-34. The Swedish alloy is easy to work with, keeps sharpness for a long time, has high strength and corrosion resistance characteristics.
The handle is made of titanium. The main parts of the folder are covered with a solid black DLC. This coating, in addition to performing a decorative function, protects the knife from mechanical damage and aggressive environmental influences.
The black décor is stabilized by metallic details: the steel thumb stud, a stylish pocket clip hardware and bushings. Despite its impressive size, the knife is quite light — 150 grams.
