The author of the drawing is the Crimean illustrator and comic’s writer Vitaly Ilyin, aka Barandash Karandashich. Vitaly has a very distinctive style, which can be characterized as a dark grotesque psychedelic with a touch of esotericism, cryptographic motives and a fair amount of humor. Vitaly also works in graphics, we recommend you to read his comic "ROOM No."
