Mystical custom knife Rhino Full Moon

Folding knife Rhino Full Moon is a new conceptual project by the Manufactory S&L.

Rhino Full Moon is one of the most difficult compositional projects of the Manufacture. Rhino's model was designed as a compact suit folding knife with a minimalist appearance, the main decoration of which are its forms — bends, corners, edges. To avoid eclecticism, it was needed to highlight composition geometry and keep the original dynamics without overload.

That's’ why we asked to do artworks he best masters — an artist from Sevastopol Vitaly Ilyin, also known as Barandash Karandashich, and an engraver from St. Petersburg Oleg Pas (Olaf Pas).

The blade of the Rhino Full Moon is made of Swedish steel RWL-34 from the world's leading manufacturer Damasteel AB. This blade was given a choice of two different blade finishes — tumbling and satin. 

A handle made of 95H18 steel with satin finish.

Mechanism of Push-up Spring Lock is a modification of the back-lock. The backspacer is a spring-loaded locking element. At the same time, the closing of the knife, in contrast to the classic back-lock, is easily done with one hand.
