An author's folder from SIL Manufactory — Tachycardia Black with a push-button modification of the liner lock. A one-off piece with high collectible potential.
The Tachycardia blade is forged from RWL-34 powdered steel. The drop-point/sheepfoot hybrid profile retains piercing capability while offering increased resistance to lateral stress. The finish is a black DLC coating with a stonewash. A right-handed thumb stud of red carbon fiber is press-fitted into the spine, providing a striking contrast to the dark tones of the piece.
The titanium frame and backspacer feature the same black diamond-like coating with subsequent tumbling. The lock button is crafted from red carbon fiber. For convenient daily carry, a lanyard hole is provided at the end of the backspacer — and you can browse the Gifts & Accessories section of our catalog to find an author's lanyard bead to match this knife.
