The author's clip-point is formed from Damasteel® Damascus steel. This material has high rates of corrosion resistance and retains sharpening for a long time. The laconic black-and-white Vinland pattern fascinates like Hollywood noir.
The same Damascus steel is used for the gleaming scales, a backspacer, and a decorative washer of the axial screw. The liner, a bolster, and a clip are formed from high-purity titanium. The Amor's brand name and knife number (Black Snow Customs, No. 5) are inscribed inside the liner.
