A new name in the family of knives of the Manufactory S&L is the custom folding knife Greta Oto with the author’s lock «Back Shift Spring Lock» (abbreviated BaSSL).
The pattern of the knife handle has a two-level depth: the background and foreground vary by type of finish and the presence of decorative inserts. The interlacing contours of the abstract stained-glass frame reminded us of the structure of butterfly wings. This association gave the name to the knife. The South American glass butterfly or Greta Oto has a truly surreal appearance due to its transparent wings with dark veins.
